-Add powervu to caids 0E00 and 0EFF
- Add tandberg to caids 10FF 1000

Work fine on VU+ DUO whit OpenPLi v6.0

today i test on my OpenPLi v6.0

this plugin is very fast and very stable for old version


Just download it and send to /tmp then install it.
It will be auto detect image and install correct _files for image.

Command to install in telnet

opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
