Sun and Big TV not working on C Line on Tiger High ClassNew

Strange issue. Sun and Big TV are not working on C line on Tiger High Class HD New whereas working perfectly on Vu solo 2 with the same C-lines h. Other packages are however ok. Regards

yes yeh same Issue Starsat Hyper 2000 mein be hy

May be software issue thats why not compaitable
