can copy oscam file to other oscam file

i have two patch of oscam one work for power vu and other for tendberg channels

but not work both at a time both patch i get from this forum

now i want to combine both file with one oscam can i do it ?

in my dreambox 800 linux mipsel ---- oscam_1.20-rev-11273-sh@ring, power vu, Srf srg 13e,Biss, Tandberg--only not 56tricolor free actual ee56.bin
