Close the chrome and other webbrowse rClick on WIN+R & Type temp and shift delete all files again WIN+R type %temp% shift delete all files go to browser and clear history option .

its because ur browser flash player crashing or not responding update flash player to latest version

Dear in Google Chrome flash player is integrated it always update with google chrom together .

windows 64 bit or 32 bit ?
using Google Chrome ?
if its 64 bit windows then use chrome 64 bit also' dont use 32 bit chrome on 64 bit windows.
like i am using Chrome Version 53.0.2785.70 beta-m (64-bit) on my 64 bit computer
