Hi,

you have original stb and can update online without any problem:-

*click manu on your remote,
*select Spark & press OK,
*select Upgrade Software press Ok,
*select spark_1.2.85 & press red botton on your remote.

*select Net Setting,
*select IP config & press OK,
*select Wired Or wireless,
*DHCP: ON,

I Have That Prob In My Receiver.
When I Go In Spark
Then Only 2 Option Open
1: Massage
2: Config
Other All Option Is Blocked
Due To Config Setting All Delete
And Config Have No Setting
Check This One.
