you have to do a bit of settings in notepad configuration like this
From Here You Will Find The Input Syntax
Put in config file like this
Then Run PC_TS.exe It Will Start Descrambling The File
Here Are Two Files The 000 Is Canal + Discovery Recording From 13E It Wont Open Directly While 0001 Is The Descrambled recording of Canal+ Discovery Using Ali PC Tool
Here See 0001 Is Working Fine On VLC (Converted Using Ali PC Tool)
000 Isnt Working (It Is Recorded From Receiver )

But ek problem he mere pas Windows 10 pe yeh kam nahi kr reha.

I Am Using It On Window 7 No Issues On It Never Used Window X Yet Will Try It On Window 8.1 And See What Happens
Can You Post What Error It Is Giving ?

This app requires 32-bit Windows OS and DOS. While I think Windows 10 Pro requires 64-bit Windows.

Now am Using Dr. Timor's StarSat App for to Unscramble TV programs.
