Starsat Server connecting issue

Dear All,
Me and My friend both are using Starsat 2000 Hyper,we are not able to connect oscam server with same server provider. but i am able to use same line in all other receivers. i want to know what issue it could be with starsat, we both tried with old and new firmware's.
