Decoding of tandberg v2 encoded feeds on Asiasat 5

I have latest software installed on Tiger High Class HD receiver with latest keys but it cannot decode English Premier league football feeds encoded in tandberg V2 on Asiasat 5. Is anybody able to watch these feeds and on which satellite receiver?

sometimes key come tandberg sometime not.
