no signals geo network on asiasat 7

There is no geo network signls on my receiver on asiasat 7.....please confirm

now working fine, jab post ki tab signals nai arhe thay....

the signal was weak because of heavy clouds

cband channels are not affected by clouds or rainy weather. but ku signals are 0 in rainy weather or in heavy clouds.
