PSPad - a small, yet powerful text editor with a simple interface. Produces code highlighting various programming languages. Highlighting for various languages can customize yourself. This editor can maximum use of the keyboard, the destination for all sorts of functions shortcuts. The program supports the blocks, you can make a vertical selection and format text, search and replace using regular expressions. The editor has a batch processing of text in files, Lookup tags and operators.
