Help Required (Startrack srt 2020 Plus)

Salam to All Members

I have purchased a new Startrack 2020 HD Plus . i connected STB through LAN. Internet is working on STB.
but when i open Spark from Menu , i got the error " NET Connect Error" i have search on many website and i got to know i have to change the software.
please send me link of new software and aslo instruction how to change the software.
i am new user and not so much expert
