Side with Sanchez in showdown

Post by sake »

Alexis Sanchez can help Arsenal to victory over Manchester United in the Premier League on Saturday - check out our match-by-match guide.

1pt Alexis Sanchez to score and Arsenal to win v Man Utd at 4/1

1.5pts Stoke to beat Burnley at 7/10

0.5pts no goalscorer in Leicester v Sunderland at 10/1

1pt West Ham (draw no bet) to beat Everton at 12/5

1pt Newcastle to beat QPR at 5/6

Chelsea v West Brom (1500 GMT)

The Albion haven't won at Stamford Bridge in 36 years while Chelsea only relatively recently surrendered a 77-match unbeaten run at home. That doesn't bode well for the West Midlanders and nor does their latest performance at The Hawthorns against form team Newcastle United. The international break may well have come at the right time for Alan Irvine who will be looking to get his team back on track against opponents from which they took two points last season. This Chelsea side are a different proposition, however, and although they are leaking goals, they've looked formidable going forward and they are shorter to win the Premier League than they are this match. They've been in front at half-time and full-time in their last three home games and have scored at least two goals in 24 of the last 29 but West Brom haven't been performing too badly on the road this season. They got rolled over 3-0 by Swansea but their other defeats have only been by a goal until the Newcastle game, a match that also saw them fail to score since they played Everton at home in mid-September. Chelsea to win and both sides to score should be entertained at around 2/1 although the Blues' four clean sheets (Leicester, Villa, Maribor and Arsenal) all came in home games and WBA have been over-reliant on the goals of Saido Berahino. It's hard to argue with the short quotes about the league leaders and there's too much doubt about the Albion being able to threaten them to play the handicaps in receipt of 1.5 goals or above.
