Facing problem in dm800se sunray triple tuner

hello friends

i am facing problem in my dm800se sunray triple tuner receiver. its not signal my box and the tuner write tune failed. My Disec is new and lnb Edision.If play my box moter the signal its ok and box play perfect.My ssl is 84b .I have bye other tuner from sunray and the problem at tuner not fixed.any solution i am using openPLi image.
