No its not possible to use cccam in UAE Etisalat block cccam, but you can use mgcamd instead

use vpn if using dreambox or enigma supported receiver.

Thanks for all i am using now Newcam/MGcamd it work great. but i thought there could be some other way to use cccam. @sani i will try vpn.
