OSCAM vs CCCAM

Hi,
May be its a stupid post but just for the sake of knowledge of newbie plz explain in detail.

I always hear and see that CCcam providers warn their customers not to use OScam.

First of all, how does OScam works and what would be the danger using it? It works with N-Line or C-Line?
Second of all, if I give a C-Line account to my customer, can he use it in OScam? If so than how could I know that?
