D-Smart moved two multiplexes on the Turksat 4A

Turkish pay-TV operator D-Smart moved his two multiplexes of satellite Turksat 2A and Turksat 3A for a new telecommunications satellite Turksat 4A. By moving to new satellite multiplexes have changed transmission parameters and also to improve the coverage of Central Europe.
