How can I edit satellite.xml or add in srt 2020/7162

I purchased star track 2020 hd plus.
First of all, I thanks to all experts and members of this forum who explain their views for the help of others. I had everything what I want with the help of this forum. I have ONLY TWO PROBLEMS WHICH I COULD NOT SOLVED.
1. I could not add satellite.xml file or edit in Spark &
2. I could run my own iptv m3u file in enigma2.


I REQUEST TO ALL EXPERTS PARTICULARLY DR. TIMOR to kindly explain any solution of my request explain above.
