google play problem

google play problem
I have samsung galaxy y it is giving error of no connection retery but my internet connectoon is ok browser and other apps are : working but google play is giving error need help any suggeations

Go to Settings > Apps > All
Select Google Play Store
Clear Cache
Force Stop
Now start Google App and hope it will work.
