videos screen resolution is fixed for Desktop devices as well.
resolution is now adjusted as Auto-Mode for various resolutions.

this layout is enhanced as portal compact look for all the mobile devices.
whenever board system detected a mobile device it optimize its layout ready for small screen resolution.
your mentioned buttons are then shifted to upper left button.

the special/attractive thing which I found in new look that is .....baord admin nay lookna chore dya hay

kutch baychaaray aisay hein jin ki appreciations jo keh intehaee mehnat say increase ki gye thean ....those were finished.
wiasay uska alternate new look mein kutch na kutch hona chaiay tha........new look mein member kay liay koee charm naheen hay competition ka ....reaction koee appreciation 2 naheen hay ,,,some times thumb down be ho sukta hay

eligibility ko appreciate kya jana chahiye ye baat theek hai but appreciation ko hi peer-murshad samj lena fraud hai

waise jis ID ki app baat ker rhe hain un ko ab reaction main zaida mehnat kerne ki zaroorat nahin because reaction system is still BETA
