Try these:

Mark DHCP, then search for DM IP

OR

With the same settings as you have, put a check on Router under Connection Type and and also put a check on No Check.

OR

Change Nameserver ip to 8.8.8.8 (open google dns)

Also try to change DM ip from 192.168.1.15 to another ip say 192.168.1.2 as it might be that this ip is not released by your router.

kya aap ne router ke through dm ko connect kiya hai?
kya aap ne dm ko direct pc se connect kiya hai?
agar router ke through kiya hai or pehlay work karta tha to aap ki tamaam setting theek hai apki cable ya dm ke lan card mein koi kharabi hai.
agar first time connect kar rahay hain or direct pc se connect kar rahay hain to ap ko cross cable use karni paray gi.
