yes I also visited that board but this scnerio is of 2011 or 2012 or may be more earlier ,b4 handing over to technician just for info sake let me know if you tried to recover by installing a rescue image thru USB ? if tried then what was response ?

this chip needed to reprogram ,though I found few files from net but there is no such file with .bin extension....kindly help me.

If u have knowledge and the skill Ok done Go for it and Reprogram the erom
But dont forget that u need the samsung K9 file first to use it as 2nd identical boot.
and for ur valueable effort the point should be in knowledge . There is no need any bin extension .
U r claiming to reprogram it not going to change boot lib

to access feeds on Asia5 which band of LNB needed ? my dish was focused to this bird when HD channles were working on CS..but now moved the same dish(4' fiber)to Asiasat 7 on C band with side KU band LNB to access 93.5 and 95*.

sorry to say that u cant receive feeds of asia5 with 4 feet.
minimum required size is 8 feet.and its cband.
