Download and Extraxt it

1.First install your DVB DREAM
2.Go to folder where you install DVB DREAM open this and past this plugin
3. Now can check that plugins are installed or not by clicking plugin on DVB DREAM as Shown.

Introduction

Minimal hardware requirements

First of all I tell you that free internet access not easy it time consuming and hacker can do it.It’s recommend, as a rule of thumb, at least a Pentium III processor, running at 500 MHz or
higher frequency; 128 MB RAM or more and a hard disk drive with at least 1 GB of free space, any video cards with at list 8MB of memory. Having a powerful PC is not a requisite at first for OPENSKY™ services, however most multimedia applications (video streaming, push reception) work better with a powerful processor and a large free disk space. In most case the hardware requirements depend on the kind of DVB card installed in the computer so for detailed information ask your DVB card Manufacturer.

DVB driver and applications installation

First of all, it is necessary to install the last version of the DVB card drivers. The drivers can
be found on the web site of your DVB card manufacturer or may be included in DVB card package. The main DVB card manufacturers web sites are:

Now use openSky software download and install it and made settings in it likely that as shown.

1.Enter IP addres as you enter in opensky that will be differ for all users

2.and sam setting made in your pc internet connection.

Good News For All Golen's Mgcamd server user just for DVB Card users

Use WinCSC plugin and Make the setting as given under 100% Freezing Free Server








If server find CAID in Green color than your server Ok and you succesfully install WinCSC plugin

After that change your encrypt format that i.e
star Gold is Convax it not run by WinCSC than go channel properties change it in Microsftorp in this way all channel should alternate with other formate when ever WinCSC play this channel...

Now in this way Dishtv 95E 100% Ok on DVB Card......
