issue solved. I have tried and succeeded to run wiacardd I am posting my code as Refrence for other users.

issue was only space before and after : in mandatory.
Now working fine.

don't put any space before and after :
space should be before and after =
actually you can't be able to locate your fault.
i just can't understand ' why are you using your mentioned config.
can you tell us that for which satellites' you are using wicardd ?
additionally are you using multiple servers in config file ?
my suggestion would remain there' you should use wicardd just for placing the right sids on single encryption.

I am using only single line of kristian's server for watching Nss 95 E.
my problem is solved after giving spaces so I mentioned but I don't have enough knowledge about Emu's. I think u r the right. I had put many codes but succeeded with the help of above mentioned code. I will welcome correction from your side. it was the first time I tried to run wicardd bro. Right Sid of channels? Where to put? Where from I can get?

every TRUNK is stable enough to watch tv on client end.
i am talking about functionality' not stability.
your binary is having ver. 6801 TOO OLD.
use latest binary like 10900 sh4 or like that.
if you will ask me to provide the emulator like mgcamd 1.38 then i can't provide that' you've to search it yourself.
