So that is the problem, Signals are weaker in major areas of Pakistan. It may be due to weather condition.

I think Pivotal TP to adjust LNB to get maximum signal is 11449H.

You can only compare result of Hotbird with your location, Hotbird is weaker for me than your location

So we can say as per your statement(Weaker in Multan than Lahore) that Hotbird 13e:

Multan 12 Feet = Lahore 8 Feet

You can say, its more than 3 db Signals difference on same size dish
