sorry dear, i am still un able to scan any channel, how ever i have changed the image but result is same. is there any other idea ?

its can be a module driver issue also..
1. updload ssl > dont reboot > then image upload >dont reboot > send ssl again > now reboot
if it doesnt work
then use dcc or vcc update the driver reboot
check now

Dont go to downgrade the ssl just use this ssl . its the latest SSL and have fixed issues.

did you change the desiqc setting as mine differs ,,and the information you posted is almost same as mine only production date is not same or mac add ,serial no.

The whole box is working fine only the problem is in tuner section .first of all we have to find out where is the actual problem .
first of all we have to confirm if the ssl is working fine its not crashing it self due to use of any unwanted backup. that kind of problem often comes when ppls install diffrent backups. I am still not sure what he has done with his box before to this issue . because its common issue in dreambox that if it shows signal but dont store the sat data then it can be ..
1. SSL issue
2. Driver is not recognizing issue
and read it care fully .. U dont have any command or any tip to full erase nand flash in DM (not in DM800SE v2 and above & Solo ). if it get any bug u r stuck with it now .it will behave strange and u will be puzzled whats it going on .

3. If the main board has fault it will also behave like that.. but we are still at not in that position to claim 1001% of identifying the issue . because the box is not infront of our eyes .

shaayan didn't clear his point by providing this issue's background ..how and when it happened ,Cross checked the DiSEqC switch ,coaxial cable etc.?
till he provides whole info ,hard to trace issue.
I just got a thought of virus in BIOS ,,thatswhy I suggested to use optiflasher.
anyhow I have a little experience in front of you.
