Did you try other values for B: {00} because it's very important in proper working of mgcamd. Autodedect works only for original boxes. Check your Sunray 4 is closely cloned to which model and then put its vale for B:

Moreover did you check your /tmp directry this file "mgstat.info" what does it speaks of. Similarly this "mgshare.info" will show your line offline or online.

In which directory your config files are:
i.e., /var/keys or /usr/keys
according to your mg_cfg file these should be in /var/keys

@notari
as I told you before after I had many trouble to connect to server with my old Mgcamd ,I installed my new mgcamd dirct from my decoder VU+ with plugin =Tspanel and I just put mgcamdreciever line in newcamd list and it works good
when I looked at my mg.cfg it is like this>>>
M (02)
C (02)
A (01)
U (01)
T (00)
G (01)
N (07)
K (02)
Q (10)
P (00)
O (00)
S (03)
L (02)
E (15)
H (00)
R (04)
D (11)
B (00)
F (00)
It was like that when I installed mgcamd, the line connected , So I did not touch anything
Cannot tell you if it works for you like that, but you can try ,
take note what you have now to be sure
