i did everything according to given pics but i think some misconfiguring in oscam.
tonight will edit it with ur given config files and hopefully oscam will work.
ftp to libreelec can be done with dcc or vucc?
or we have to put box ip in browser only?

You can access its files from windows explorer , \\IP of box, also you can use Winscp. Also tell me which build in your use

i downloaded latest build with libreelec -usb.sdcreator.exe

ok now get access via wincsp.
but cant find path for oscam configurations.
in webinterface oscam showing connected with my nline but none of the chanell open.

What about oscam ? It can be configure by webif

after fighting with wetek play whole night and today get success to run oscam on libreelec.
oscam.config was creating problem.
this config of dvbapi work with me..thanks to rizwan and an arabic friend.
