Why you want to make a backup ? , Whenever you face any error or image crash, mostly you need to Flash a Image again

yes i want to make a backup . my image is working smooth but before i install the new image i want to make backup thats all dear

install plugh enigma2-plugin-extensions-dflash_3.3_mipsel.ipk

u r easily bacup openpli,merlin3,gp3 ,Newnigma2

for openaff and open atv image use dflash atv mood plugh

for black hole use
USB backup script from addon and
Now with your USB stick formatted to fat32 and connected to one of the rear usb ports press the Green then Blue button and highlight USB Backup and then press OK.

Your backup will start.

for multiboot image use
use enigma2-plugin-extensions-tsflashbackup_84b-2_mipsel.ipk plugh

i spend 2 hours but fail 1st and 2nd steps are ok but when i transfer the image file to ba/ba after 8.34 mb it stop and no more .i notice that my flash drive is there but image is saving in internal hdd. what i am missing????
