This is possibly a timing issue. Different newcamd implementation tend to have different timing requirements. It depends on your internet connection quality as well as server response times. Try the following formats if you haven't already.

Code: Select all

newcamd:hd.chongpang.pro:31311:1/09AA/0000:XXXX:XXXX:0102030405060708091011121314
newcamd2:hd.chongpang.pro:31311:1/09AA/0000:XXXX:XXXX:0102030405060708091011121314
newcamd2:99:hd.chongpang.pro:31311:1/09AA/0000:XXXX:XXXX:0102030405060708091011121314
If none of these work then you might be out of luck. Is there any specific reason as to why you want to use DVB Dream?

Yes, an Enigma2/Linux based receiver might be your best bet. You'll have single receiver device in your house which can be used to stream to PC/laptop as well as Android phone using apps like dream Player.

First check whether these features are already available with your existing StarSat receiver.

1 tuner can tune 1 transponder at a time. All the channels on that TP can be watched on multiple devices on the network. Multi-tuner receivers increase the possibilities even further.

It might be a good idea to create a new topic for that. Others can chip in as well.
