i have a question for a long time for ali raza.
Is there still no way to end a continuous load loop without having to turn the box on the switch on the back and on to reboot?
In my opinion, this would be a very important function, since you wouldn't always have to get up from the couch to reboot the box.
i search a lot to find any answer for this in different forums but cant find anything.

i m asking this question because when i m in bed and vu spinner spinning continiously
or due to low net speed i m downloading any plugin from feed and its taking so much time.
and i dont want to leave my bed to reboot stb from back.
and for putty i have to use pc or mobile.
but i want to use only remote for this .

there is panic button on RCU ..may be in such situation panic button could help you

yesterday after lot of search i m able to get solution for this problem.
this is only for vu boxes not for dm.
press power button for 10 seconds and vu will reboot.
checked it and its working.
but further explanation from master will be required .

i suffer quite a fiew times now.
fresh incident occur 3 days back when surge power have damage my one hdmi port of samsung led.
i tried fiew surge protectors and i also got "earth" my dishes but this happen time and time again.
