loader ka different version download kr k check kero,device manager mein ja k check kia hai konsi port connectd hai,port ko bhe change kr k dekho ,cable usb to serial hai ya old serial cable hai desktop pc wali,pc antivirus disable kero,kia serial cable se kisi aor receiver pe installation ki hai if yes then....agr ye saray options apply kr chukay ho tu i think flash ic error hoga osay replace kerwao
