Got a new router for starsat 2000 - lost iptv -asking for S/N

I bought a new router and when I got internet back on Starsat SR 2000 HD Extreme, I got message new software ver 259 so I updated online and then tried Apollo IPTV but got the message " Your SN already expire , please charge. " Box was bought in September 2018 with the message server forever!!

Help please, what have I done wrong. I downgraded to 2.48 but still same message.

I just checked back on ebay and when I bought it it said " 15 Months sharing Forever + 15 months IPTV Appolo + 15 months SSTV" I only have had it 12 months.

hi there is 12months of appolo iptv so its expire you can use forever for 15monts so need to recharge appolo its expire ok

thank you but how do I use forever on the starsat 2000 hd? not a clue what to do and will I get being sport?
