I have received iStar X1500 mega two days b4 ...there was option to update s/w online

I updated the latest s/w thru USB as it was not available online....after updating I am facing few side effects and want to go back to original but as I tried to downgrade file mismatching error appeared.

kindly help me ..this box was imported from Dubai.

Dear some times they stop online support , you have to manually upgrade the softwae, your rceiver required software available from this site

the same done with me ,I downloaded the latest s/w from this site and side effects started working.....with original s/w online updating was working .
I need its particular loader by the help of I could inject the old s/w via PC (RS 232).
lets wait for Dr.Timor ..he is master in taking such kind of pungas,
