You can get this from any local IT store near your area. check there before, it has external power source but you need to find the power supply for it, coz it doesn't come with any kind of supply

do u have clear concept of multistream option available in zero4k?
what is this and how to use? tried google but not understanding.

Multi-Stream settings must be provided by the transponder/satellite/Service providers to activate. (That is what i have found over internet)
Multistream is available on S2X format and there is no S2X tune-able on our sky.
Types of tuner:
S/S2,
S2X-MultiStream
S2X-MultiStream FBC (available in higher models)
