HD Glass16 ver. 7.70
- added new OLED type: Default 2 (optimalized for dm7020hd, dm8k)
- help updated in download
- added autodetect and autoconnect to backup server if primary failed

- added new converter (for event info) to get more independence from image -
changed in all screens
- fix dynamic icons position if any tuner is not used (for example IPTV)
- added new Channelsel. type: PIG(+several event) - show next 3 events
- help updated in download
