it is fake, scam, he not have IPL satellite feed from 100.5E, nobody have this satellite feed from 100.5E unless they have approved NS3 demodulator

The cable operator probably has an NS demodulator with a correct authorization.

so no IPL satellite feed pictures from 100.5E, it was fake picture of satellite feed?

NS3 modulater need to be activated by Star company before lock and give IPL feed pictures
