bahi agar app ko tora sa be electronic ka now how hai tu pz merai bat ko dobra read karo or

main technically bat kar raha hoon ke battery ke 12 v dc hoty jab ups pe load dala jata hai tu battery ke 12 kam hoo ke 11.45 volts dc rah jaty hain or phir 45 mint tak 11.45 volts he rahty hain
or ups ke uper 200 wats ka load dala hai main ups ke battry low wali side ko thek karna cahhata hoon
battery 12 v 120 ah ke hai

i came later but if you could paste a photo of UPS kit i could guide you more.
there are a lot factors behind your low level voltage and charging relation like how old your battery is, did you measure specific gravity of every cell also temp does affect on your battery performance.and did you measure max charging amp with a DC DMM.
as you described you have 120Ah battery then theoretically your UPS have to charge it with 10% of battery capacity i mean 12 amp max charging current.
your UPS kit potentiometer could malfunction due to moisture.
in the end no one can help you until you didn't provide all these details so diagnose it before posting.
