your mentioned error is clearly telling you the exact problem. in normal conditions almost every picture format is having size less than 1mb
so we put limit of uploading screenshots upto 1mb. if your file size is greater than 1mb then you'll get this error for your guidance saying you should reduce its size with any of your windows paint application. currently picture resolution is set to 800 pixels in both width and height' means if your picture resolution is 1280-800 then board resizer will fit it to its adjusted 800 pixels automatically. hope you can understand these details rather you can put your further questions regarding uploading pictures here in this thread.

Thanks a lot for quick reply and i will amend the size of screenshot before uploading here in the forum.

Sorry for asking but just note that in this case the website space will be overload except you have unlimited webspace because the attatchment files stored at the same space as website.
we can manage space allocation. but how can we guarantee other image hosting resources (sites) reliability. let say if you did placement of an image in 2014 but now that particular image link is broken then how can you recover it' no way to recover that specific picture.
so better option is the solid base which we owned.
