Starsat extream cline issue

I have starsat 2000 extream and working forever 126 server.
Problem is that when i factory reset my server my cline also deleted. And i have rewrite cline parameters.
Any help please

company server canno be deleted,
go to server 4 (on most of receivers) and change the settings if disabled, then enable it

if you are unable, then try again factory reset..
if server is not showing, then try to enable internet by remote, nostly by pressing f1+000 or f1+111
then go to wifi and add password of wifi and enable it by pressing ok or similar buttons there,
then check server, and you should also check if your internet package is working or mb consumed ?

and if paid line deleted, you need to add it again

I mean to say that when i factory defaults the server on no 40. It also delete my cline
