Dear i have used both boxes as for as concerned comparison
Both have same chip board sunplus
Flash 25Q32 (4MB)
Hardware is very good (specially red light problem resolve very easy and flash is adequate)
Both have same speed, tuners etc
Just difference come to more functions and more software release
So 1506T F is good one it has DVBFinder, Auto Scan Code for Biss Key
1 year free IPTV
MO SALAH IPTV
XTREAM IPTV
QURAN IPTV
User Stream
E-Vision IPTV
E-Vision VOD
YouTube
SatTube TV
DSCAM
DQCAM
Auto PowerVU

While 1506G haven't IPTV, yet, no DVBFinder, no Auto Scan Code For Biss Key and many other functions, therefore at the end i conclude that:

Function wise 1506T F is better choice

Performance wise both are same. . .
