PROCEDURE TO PLAY SCRAMBLED PROGRAMS ON COMPUTER

I record scrambled channel programs on my USB.
My question is there any possibility to watch these recorded programs on Computer or Mobile phone from this USB.
(kia ye mumkin he, ham ye programs mobile ya computer pe dekh saken)

Mere pas Tiger T800 he, us me program record tau ho jate hen, lekin PC ya mobile pe nahe chalte.

Try this app to descramble them first on PC, then play them on your desired devices
