Hello !, there should be not movable 20 RECENT ACTIVE TOPICS

hello, i am giving suggestion to staff,
accept it or ignore it...
"20 RECENT ACTIVE TOPICS" on front page/home page of this forum should be "Static" like before few days ago..
it should be not movable...
i am feeling headache after watching it...

good suggestion from tiger..its really a headache to see moving recent topics.
