Strange problem with Videocon on 2 ft not setting

Salam mere sath ek ajeeb masla h jab me videocon ko 2 fit py set krne ki koshish krta hon to set nhi hoti lekin jab Nss6 k side lagta hon to signal ajaty hain ye kya masla h, kya Nss6 k side me full recive ho jati h.?
