Inverto black ultra for Karachi is usually used for hard reaching satellites to get maximum signals. E.g. 88E, 13E, 7W, etc.
And KU mei focus aati hai.

aap keh rahe hain to zaroor ati hogi main ne daikhi nahi is liye kaha k confirm nahi wese 88, 7 to ajate hain normal per bhi han 13 k liye inverto use ki jati hai woh bhi is liye k ziada bari dish na lagani pare

Lazer is better. I have Focus and Lazer and for satellites such as SUN HD, Dish tv, Videocon, ETC. Focus is MOOOORE than enough.
Focus costs Rs.350 in Karachi and Lazer is above Rs.1500. I bought it for Rs.1700.

Check the basic setting on your receiver side
in antenna setting select both 13/18 V
connect lnb directly without diseqc switch and then scan you should get signal on both horizontal and vertical tps

if this doesn't work then select the horizontal tp and check the voltage on the cable output, it should be 18v for horizontal and 13v for vertical.
