es issue ka simple solution ye hai k jab blind scan kerain c band k liay tu polarity 1 hi select kerain vertical or horizental,ager manu mein ye option nai
hai tu jab blind scan start ho agr H se horahi hai tu jesy hi V start ho ap scan se exit kr lein aor save krlein.

The solution to this is check if your have voltage selection option or V/H selection option. Choose one with 12v or V. Then do blind scan. All channels will come once.
