Apllo IPTV app is missing or hidden

Hi need help as the Apllo IPTV app is been deleted or hidden in my Tiger T8 V2 receiver. as till yesterday it was their and now it is not , I tried to update the firmware to the latest and even tried to downgrade via usb , but still every thing is their but Apllo iptv app is missing. kindly need help what should i do now.
