Starsat hyper 2000 15 series board print problem

Plz tell me solution

My hyper 2000 15 series becomes dead on blue and green light, i went to reagel karachi to usman who is the only person that repair this box, but unfortunately failed, according to him this box board print is rusted while all parts are ok so there is only print problem, he tried alot to repair but failed. Anyone know any other person can repair this box in karachi or anywhere in Pakistan?
