NEED HELP DM 800 HD PRO

Dear Friends, my DM800 HD Pro was working Fine, instantly it stops working. I had a strange problem, it show no signal. After checking I found that in Tuner Configuration I lost my tuner It gives Tuner A: Nothing. Any solution?

open dreambox then open tuner with care clear the dust.

this problem also happens with i solved my self by clearing dust from tuner.
don`t use high pressure air. use only cotton cloth

tuner A nothing error if came in the same image (previously installed) then you must go for tuner Cleaning option
if this error arrived in the fresh image installed then try another image only

Thanks Dear, yes it was working fine with the installed image, when this happened, I changed the image but same error it gives.
