Finally I find the solution to check Ram size of any Android or Satellite 4k Reciver..

Download CPU-Z App from Playstore and that's it.
It works

in wp2 in android side i can check ram info from main menu
about other 4k android models i dont have knowledge.

then go to information from remote and u can see all info about ur model.
and in android models
also in settings u can find this option.
