when i changed channel, Receiver is hanging, picture is coming but i can't change anything in remote keys and box buttons (like increasing the sound), that means totally all remote keys and box power off button are not working, once i switch off and switch on the powersupply than it is working ...

i had updated my box V2.98 but some times box is hanging when channel is changed.
